Family Room with Smart TV (bring your own logins) and a queen-sized pullout sofa bed. A selection of games are ready to enjoy.

Main level King-sized bed with 100% cotton bedding and ensuite full bathroom (opens to main living room).

Living room features a queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa.

The upstairs bonus lounge does also have a twin sized futon couch. For stays of 30+ days ask about a mattress topper for a more comfortable sleeping space.

Bathroom 1: full bathroom with bathtub including shower is located off of the master bedroom and also opens to the living room.

Bathroom 2: full bathroom with tub only (low ceiling over tub) is located on the 2nd level.

Towels, hand soap and lotion are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper as well.

Kitchen: fully stocked including hand mixer, pots and pans, toaster, gas stove, and microwave. Dish soap and a dish rack are also provided.

Coffee Bar: drip coffee maker, French press, and stove top kettle for tea are available. Sealed packets of locally roasted ground coffee, tea bags, and all of the fixings are on hand.

Dining room: the main table comfortably seats 4 in the kitchen. There s also a dining table for 4 outside on the porch.

Unwind on the porch swing amidst the tranquil vibes.

Gather around the fire pit.

Parking: 3-4 vehicles will comfortably fit in the gravel driveway.  Street parking is not available.
Keyless Access: You will receive a message at least 48 hours before your stay with your unique custom door code for the keypad. 

Security Cameras: Ring doorbell at front door is operational and is not to be tampered with.  

Check-in: 4pm 

You will receive an email with your unique door access code at least 48 hours before arrival. 

Check-out: 11am

Before heading out we just ask that you wash any used dishes, dispose of garbage, and lock all doors and windows. Leave the bed as-is. 

To help us continue to allow dogs, please utilize the provided sheets to cover furniture and beds if your furry family members will be on furniture. Dog waste must be cleaned up throughout your stay and properly disposed of. If leaving dogs unattended please bring your own crate if needed.

There will be an additional $300 fee if excessive fur is left behind on furniture or if dog waste is not properly disposed of.

Maximum occupancy of 4 adults  cannot be exceeded and no parties or events are permitted ($500 fine and non-refundable cancellation of reservation). 

No smoking indoors ($1000 fine).
