Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed with 32” smart Roku TV (provide your own logins)- upper level accessible by spiral staircase - room does not have a door but is private from main level.

All sheets and blankets are provided. An iron and ironing board can be found in Bedroom 1. 

Bathroom 1: full bathroom with bathtub including shower is located off of the living room - main level

Bathroom 2: full bathroom with standup shower is located off of the dining room - main level

Towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please plan to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. 

Living Room: main level has TV area with couch and 55” Roku Smart TV (bring your own streaming service logins, cable TV not provided). Open concept to seating area with 4 chairs and coffee table to plan for the day or play a round of cards. An assortment of board and card games can be found on the TV stand.
Foosball room: upstairs accessible by spiral staircase is a lounge room with foosball table and daybed. 

Kitchen: fully stocked including blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, toaster, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Dish soap for hand washing as well as dishwasher pods are provided.

Coffee Bar: drip coffee maker, French press, and pour over coffee as well as an electric kettle for tea are available. Sealed packets of ground coffee, tea bags, and all of the fixings are on hand.

Dining room: the main table comfortably seats 6 with an additional small cafe table to seat 2 more very nearby. 

Front Deck: enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with seasonal views of the lake. Dining table for 4 and 2 additional seats.

Backyard: Fully fenced backyard offers a private hangout area. We include a charcoal grill (you will need to provide your own charcoal), fire pit, picnic table, and yard games including corn hole and ladderball. 

Parking: 3 vehicles will comfortably fit in the driveway. Depending on vehicle size and parking configuration, up to 5-6 will fit if snuggly parked. Street parking is not available.
Keyless Access: You will receive a message at least 48 hours before your stay with your unique custom door code for the keypad. 

Security Cameras: Ring doorbell at front door and driveway security camera are both operational and not to be tampered with.  

Check-in: 4pm 

You will receive an email with your unique door access code at least 48 hours before arrival. 

Check-out: 11am

Before heading out we just ask that you start the dishwasher and lock all doors and windows. Leave the beds as-is. 

If traveling with young children please let me know when booking if you would like access to the umbrella stroller, and/or a high chair. Plastic bowls, plates, cups, and utensils are always stocked in the kitchen. A baby gate to surround the spiral staircase is stored in the closet of the twin bedroom if needed. 

We are honoring existing reservations with dogs but are no longer accepting new reservations with pets at this location. Checkout Creekside Cabin or Tranquil Waters if you'd like to bring your dog!

Maximum occupancy of 8 adults  cannot be exceeded and no parties or events are permitted ($500 fine and non-refundable cancellation of reservation). 

No smoking indoors ($1000 fine). 

No unapproved pets ($500 fine).
