All sheets and blankets are provided. An iron and ironing board can be found in Bedroom 1. 

Full bathroom with bathtub including shower is located off of the living room

Towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please plan to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. 

Living Room: Featuring a gas fireplace and comfy seating area with real leather sofa and 2 side chairs, there is a 55” Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and others preinstalled (bring your own streaming service logins, cable TV not provided).

Dining room:  Comfortably seats 6 with great views of the backyard. A record player and a great assortment of games are ready to play!

Kitchen: fully stocked including blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, toaster, gas stove, and microwave. Drying rack and dish soap for hand washing are provided. No dishwasher on site.

Coffee Bar: drip coffee maker, French press, and Keurig as well as an electric kettle for tea are available. Sealed packets of ground coffee, tea bags, and all of the fixings are on hand. 

Backyard: Calming space includes a hammock, fire pit, grill, and yard games such as corn hole and ladderball. 

Parking: 3 VEHICLE MAX - No street parking is available.
Keyless Access: You will receive a message at least 48 hours before your stay with your unique custom door code for the keypad. 

Security Cameras: Ring doorbell at front door is operational and not to be tampered with.  

Check-in: 4pm 

You will receive an email with your unique door access code at least 48 hours before arrival. 

Check-out: 11am

Before heading out we just ask that you wash any used dishes, take out the garbage and lock all doors and windows. Leave the beds as-is. 

We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs - please let me know if your dog(s) will join you.  

To help us continue to allow dogs, please utilize the provided sheets to cover furniture and beds if your dog(s) will be on furniture. Dog waste must be cleaned up throughout your stay and properly disposed of. If leaving dogs unattended please bring your own crate if needed.

There will be an additional $300 fee if excessive fur is left behind on furniture or if dog waste is not properly disposed of.

3 VEHICLE Maximum (additional vehicles may be towed if parked on the street).

Maximum occupancy of 6 cannot be exceeded and no parties or events are permitted ($500 fine and non-refundable cancellation of reservation). 

No smoking indoors ($1000 fine). 

No unapproved pets ($500 fine).
