Check-in time is at 4pm or later and checkout is at 11am. Central heating and cooling are slow to reach the upstairs, so a portable air conditioner is provided along with fans for air flow in hot weather. LAWN CARE Our lawncare team typically mows on Mondays, weather dependent. Rain may cause a delay to the following day. We have a contracted snow removal company who will clear the driveway and entrance after any significant snowfall has ended. While we are no longer accepting reservations for stays with pets, we have in the past and are unable to guarantee the home to be free of pet or other allergens.

Our quiet community is located on the North shores of Lake Como. There are several bars and restaurants in Como and we are an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva for those who wish to explore local shops. We are a 10 minute drive from the front gate of Geneva National golf courses. Residents and visitors can be found walking, running, biking, and riding golf carts along Lakeshore Drive throughout the year. Golf cart rentals are available through a local company for those who are interested.
Guest Access
You will receive a unique code for the door at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Your code will be active only from check in through check out time. Security Cameras: Ring doorbell at front door and driveway security camera are both operational and not to be tampered with.
